WR Houses

The WR Houses project consists of ten finely crafted dwellings that were designed to address a unique set of development constraints.

The brief was to maximise the number of dwellings that could be developed on two trapeziodal plots that were amalgamated to form the development site.

As the site is in a low density residential zone, the land use was restricted to two storey houses (no vertical overlap permitted) that must comply with all local regulations pertaining to attached houses.
